Recipe : Fried curry potatoes .

 Boil potatoes in a curry sauce of your own choossing . Let them cool in the sauce . Put the potatoes on a plate and sit them in room temperature . Put the cut , cooked potatoes in cold oil in a pot and put on medium - high heat . Fry until golden . No need to add salt . Enjoy .

Eat what ever you feel you want or need to eat . There is no such thing as nutrition . Follow the Ten Commandments . Be a good and humble servant of the Lord , God , Almighty and there shall be no mal - nutrition or starvation .

Vital advice for Vegans : Use B12 and eating at a chinese restaurant every now and then .

 The Chinese use a powder called Tatsing (Mi Tsing ) crystals which has many of the rarer amino acids . The Tatsing Mi Tsing crystals powder is also called MSG for short and may be purchased at Asian grocers .

Be careful not to overdose on the B12 supplements during hot weather .

I am trying a regime of often brushing but not over brushing each time I brush . Try to get to all the places inside your mouth but do not brush too roughly or too long a time .

A long but time saving recipe and tips

Current theory in " science " is that muscle is made of strands of molecules which twist to contract in length . Thus the next recipe which is a flour based cake with a chewy texture .

Rx : Water , Flour ( Wheat ) , salt .

Mix flour with salt and add water . Stir according to your want in terms of texture . The more you stir the chewier it will be . Fry the batter in dollops from a scoop and turn when golden .
These cakes may be kept in the pan at room temperature , until needed .

Rx :
Fried fruits are simple and can be prepared in advance , kept in the pan at room temperature and re - heated quickly when you are hungry .

Eggplant , capsicum , zucchinni , cucumber , tomato , potato and vegetable oil .

Rx :
Que Potato curry a la Vietnamese .
Spices : tumeric powder , curry powder , Nhu vi houng powder which is star anise , cummin and cardamom , fresh garlic , fresh ginger .

Fry the spices with vegetable oil and raw chunks of chopped potato . Add hot water . Add capsicum ( no seeds ) chunks . Add chunks of Chokoe , tomato and chilli to taste ( also no seeds ) . Stew until very tender then mash in the pot . The stew does not need to have a smooth or even consistency but a runny sauce like soup .

Rx :
When you feel hungry the next morning :
Heat the stew . Re - heat the flour cakes and fried fruits . Put the fried foods and cakes on a plate and spoon over with the stew . The fried cakes are a substitute for yeast bread .
