Malnutrition in the modern age ce. 2017 AD.

The fruit and meat sold in the shops and "supermarkets" is unripe. Unripe fruit is toxic. We are poisoning our selves. That is the reason for the poor health of more than over half of the "Western World".
The Holy standard is to eat only the fruit that drops in to your hand when you reach up to take it.
Otherwise you may eat the fruit that drops to the ground when the wind blows: windfall.
...

Eat meat when it is offered by the animal

Stories from my personal journey through the Garden.

When I was zero years old I lived in the Garden of Eden. I ate fruit that the Oran Utans gave me. Some times they would give me some thing I did not recognise. Some times I ate it. It was very good. That thing was; sometimes animals would drop dead in the forest and the Orans found them and ate them. When it is time for the animal to die; that is when we should eat meat. Not to kill them when they are young. The flesh of young animals is toxic. That is why some people cook it in fire.
The flesh of an old animal dead of old age does not need to be cooked. And it is good.

Disregard the nutrition panel

Do not be too fussed about the so-called "nutrition" panel on packaged Vegan food. Fact is we do not know the slightest about what makes up the reality of the universe or anything in the universe. As long as the meals you are eating is Vegan, has variety and tastes good then that is all you need.
Good health to you.

Thank you for reading my blog.

Home made powdery chocolate

In Melbourne it is difficult to find flaky chocolate like the famous "Flake" chocolate bars. To make your own powdery chocolate you need a block of ready-bought chocolate. Vegans may chose dairy free. Open the package slightly so that moisture can escape and put the chocolate in the fridge. Leave it for 1(one) year or more. When you next open the package be careful because the contents will be powdery. Use the powder to make your own form of chocolate "Flake".

Confession: I lapsed

I lapsed for the past three days and ate meat. Then I had three bananas to fill myself up. I hope I am over it. Lord forgive me.

Vege congee

This recipe is based on the rice stew traditional to China and surrounding parts. It relies on the soup recipe previously given in the post: Garlic Fried Spaghetti.

You will need:
Water
Rice
Celery
Eggplant (Melanzanhe)
Cucumber
Pepper
Vegan MSG
Fried gluten sticks which you must get fresh on the day they are made, usually from the Asian grocer. These are large twin sticks of golden fried dough, kept at the front counter, usually lose in a cardboard box. They come in every morning and can not be kept over night.

Method:
Boil half a pot of water. Add cooked rice and simmer until the rice becomes mushy and soft and water-logged. Add Eggplant and cook. Add Cucumber and cook. Add Celery and simmer until the celery is warm but still fresh. Add pepper and Vegan MSG. Finally add plenty of soup. Enjoy with fried gluten sticks.

Love your fruit and veg

When you chop fruit and veg you are killing it. So before you cause it pain, bless it and kiss it to send it off to Heaven. Love your fruit and veg.

Meat: The Heathen addiction

Flesh eating is a Heathen and despicable act. Also the way farm animals are raised in some cultures eg. Factory Farms is deplorable.
Flesh eating can also become addiction. Flesh eating is an addiction if every sense of the word. Initially it seems as if it is pleasurable however it is gradually making you more and more ill. The taste of the flesh meals becomes morbid. This is because the condiments are well used. The taste of plain flesh, raw or cooked, is not appetising.
Luckily we have a Vegan culture dedicated to cooking appetising non-flesh food. This is the way out of the addiction. As you become a Vegan you certainly notice the health benefits, mentally as well a physiologically.
Also you enjoy the food more than you enjoyed the flesh meals.
So Veg on.

What I had for lunch

Yes folks, it has come to this. If the banality of this post does not deter you reading further then you might gain some knowledge about good food.
I had a Chicago Hot Dog from Lord of the Fries. In Melbourne we have a chain of take away food stores called Lord of the Fries. They sell Potato chips with sauces and Vegan cheeses, Vegan Hamburgers, Vegan Hot Dogs and Vegan Fried Chicken with chips.
The Chicago Hot Dog tasted just like the meat alternative. And the condiments made it juicy and tasty. There was pickled Tomato and Curcubit, Mustard and Tomato sauce and Onion. Very good. My recomendation for a good taste-bud satisfying meat substitute.

Recipe: Rice cake with savoury condiments

This is an easy recipe and very tasty. The key is getting all the ingredients.

For the rice cake itself you will need:

Water
Rice flour
Glutinous Rice flour
Peanut oil

Put the Rice flour in a large mixing bowl. Add one quater the amount of Rice flour of the Glutinous Rice flour. Add plenty of Water, enough to make a thin slurry. Put Peanut oil in a Wok. Add the mixture and simmer on low heat with a lid covering. Depending on how much mixture you add and how thick the cake is, cook until the top has let through bubbles and is cooked.

For the condiments you will need:

Dried or fresh Chilli

Preserved Vegetable. This is from the Chinese grocer. There are many types. One is the wet type which is in a jar. An other is the dried type in a polymer bag. They taste similar and are usually made from Chinese Cabbage or Chinese Olive leaves. The wet type can be added to the recipe as is. The dried type should be boiled with water, salt and Vegan MSG.

Preserved salted Turnip
Mung Beans
Spring Onion
Salt
Oil

With the Mung Beans you must soak them over night. Drain the soaking liquid. Add enough water to cover plus about 3cm. Cook until the beans are very soft and the liquid has gone. While still hot use a wooden spoon to mash the cooked beans. Add chopped Spring Onion, salt and oil to taste.

Vegan Fish Sauce

              To assemble the dish:

Use a spatula to take some of the rice cake out of the Wok and on to a plate. Add the Mung Bean mash, Preserved Vegetable, finely chopped Preserved Turnip, chopped Chilli and Vegan Fish Sauce.
Best enjoyed using a spoon.

Honey is good for Vegans

Honey is produced by Bees when they collect nectar from flowers. They draw the nectar up into their mouth parts and regurgitate it into the the honey comb chambers. It is a mixture of nectar and Bees' saliva. It tastes good and is good for you.

Recipe : Garlic fried spaghetti

The key to this recipe is the broth which I make before I attempt the frying. You may make the broth or soup a day before and eat it with bread. Then the next day use the soup in the fried spaghetti recipe.

Firstly the broth:
Ingredients in order of putting in:
Water
Potato
Melanzanhe
Cucumber
Tomato
Celery

Boil these until well cooked and the veges are soft.
Then add the condiments:
Nutmeg
Rosemary
Garlic powder
Onion powder
ground or fresh Chilli
Parsley flakes
Garam Masala
salt
Pepper
Vegan MSG
Sugar to balance the sweetness and saltiness

Now add plenty of Vegetable Oil to a pan and put on high heat. Roughly chop Spring Onion and add to pan. Fry until some of the Spring Onion is black. Add the Spring Onion and oil to the soup.

Just before serving the soup add two dashes of ground sage to the top.

To eat the soup with Spaghetti make the fried Spaghetti:
Boil spaghetti until softer than you would for Spaghetti Bolognaise. Set aside until cool.
For one serve crush five cloves of Garlic. Add Peanut oil to the wok. Add cooked spaghetti. Add Garlic. Fry until hot. Add Vegan MSG, Pepper and Chilli sauce. Fry until some of the spaghetti is browned. Add the broth with veges and deglaze the wok. Turn off the heat and add Spikey Herb. Serve and enjoy

I had a dream

I had a dream that humans and thinking creatures removed, each-other and themselves, into original nature. Where His ever roving eye watched ever Lovingly over, very exactly, days and nights. Days laying about under grassy hillocks. Evenings dining under the stars.

If your teeth become not-as white

Being fruitarian you should have no problems with your teeth or any other part of health.
If your teeth become off colour from being Vegan then it could be the leafy/herby material poisoning you.
Also bruising your teeth from brushing too hard or too regularly could contribute to this problem. Brush your gums before gently rubbing your teeth with your fingers.
"Medication" could be poisoning you. Bacteria from guilt could be poisoning you.
These are only suggestions. You should deal with these problems in your own personal way and find the solution that is correct for you. What you do and what/who you eat is your choice.

Fruitarianism and Aquaterianism

My theory is based on the Book of Genesis, the first Book of the Bible. Here it begins with a quote: "He took clay and formed it in His own Image. He breathed the Breath of Life into its' nostrils and from then on the clay became a living soul. And the Lord God planted a garden in Eden, in the east, and there He put the man whom He had formed. Out of the ground the Lord God made to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food, the three of Life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." Book of Genesis 1.2.7.

Fruit was our originally intended food. It was made for us, it is the best food we can eat.
Theory: Fruit is all we need to eat.

I thought about being Aquaterian today but I am not sure yet.

Good luck with your eating adventures.

Kwashiakor

This African word is defined as the bloated condition some people get when they do not eat animal protein.
What is happening is that the animal part of the human body is being rejected and is concentrating in the gut. There the non-human animals are being reformed. They are still alive in you. Live animals or smaller versions such as baby animals, which ever you ate, will be formed.
You need to wait and when they are ready they will expel themselves from your mouth or anus.
Do not be alarmed. This the natural process of being fully Vegan. Open the door and let the animals out. You may like to keep them as pets.

When you feel like eating meat

When you feel like you need a bit of meat/flesh then just stop and start thinking about fruit. What particular variety of fruit you truly want to eat at that moment. Fruit is a very good cure for the lust for meat.
Often you can get good ripe fruit from a can/tin. These are a good alternative to fresh. If you get fresh fruit then make sure it is ripe. Never get unripe fruit; it is toxic.
I like rambutans, jackfruit, lychees, olives etc.

Oral health and hygeine

Some times I use Vicco Vajradanti - Ayurvedic Medicine for Gums and Teeth. It is a Natural, Economical, Vegan product sold in Indian stores.
The packet says "Vicco Vajradanti Ayurvedic paste is used in hardening of gums and teeth, cleansing and healing of wounds, tooth caries and inflammation of gums. It is also used on tooth-ache and in the treatment of disorders of gums & teeth like tooth decay, pyorrhea, swollen gums, bleeding gums and other periodontal disorders."
It has a cinnamon-nutmeg-like taste.

I recommend Vicco if oral odour is an issue.

If you become bloated or fat from being Vegan

If you become bloated from being Vegan then you are doing something not Vegan. Either hidden meat extract, yeast extract, hidden milk extract or chemicals in processed foods eg. "Vegetarian sausages" are causing intestinal upset. Be careful with Vegan "meats" or "cheese".

If you become fat from being Vegan then you are eating too much. Fruits and veges have a very good nutritional content. You should never feel the need to eat except out of need for flavour, texture or temperature stimulation / regulation. We eat to moderate these feelings because they are necessary for mental or physiological health. For example when we are over heated we consume cold foods and expel warm urine or feces or sweat or moisture in our breath.
Use drinks or snacks to help with these feelings. Eat when you feel truly hungry.
Be careful to not eat a meal out of habit or routine.

Vegans should avoid yeast

When yeast was discovered in Ancient Egypt they did not know where it came from. The story of the discovery goes: When they left fruit in bowls in a warm place the fruit would ferment and produce a liquid. The Egyptians liked this product and studied it. The liquid was sweet smelling, tangy, sour, sweet, carbonated and bitter from the alcohol.
When the yeast from this source was mixed with flour and water and baked it produced a leavened bread.

However, my theory is that yeast is part animal and part plant. It may grow as part of the animal part of plants or the "nerves" of the plant. Or perhaps it may have animal origins. It could be that yeast are the simple nerves cells of animals. For instance; the brain uses the most oxygen in the body, therefor it produces carbon dioxide. The brain has nerve cells and glia cells. The glia are less differentiated and were thought to be the supporting structural cells.

Yeast may have psychological effects on people.
Animals, especially birds, avoid yeast.

People who are sensitive to being "doped" should very much avoid yeast.

And finally a word from Jesus Christ: "Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees."

Modification of the Vegan toothpaste is possible

A worthwhile modification of the Vegan toothpaste recipe is to put some vegetable oil with the peppermint oil and baking powder. This helps remove tobacco stains on the back of your teeth.

The other reason some people become fat

IMHO the other mysterious reason some people become fat is because of drinking from the wrong cup. When you drink water drink it from a water glass; a glass made for water drinking. When you drink Coca-Cola drink it from a Coca-Cola glass... and so on.

The reason some people become fat

IMHO the mysterious reason some people become fat is because of the mis-labeling of food. For example; when you buy a bag of salt and you put it in a jar. The label on the jar if it is a re-used jar might not be "Salt". This is mis-labeling of food. This confusion causes the food to taste bad to people who do not know that there is salt in that jar and also causes fattiness in people who eat the resultant food.

Thank you for reading my opinion.
Take care of each other and yourself.
God be with us all.

Capsicum
Egg plant
Pumpkin or Potato
Napolitana sauce
Vegan cheese of your choice
Flour
Oil
Lasagne pasta
Salt

Bean drink

Hell0 and welcome to another post of Vegan recipes. This recipe is Fruitarian.

Chose a bean of your liking. Boil the bean in a large pot, watching that it does not boil over. Blend the mixture until it is smooth enough for your liking. Put the resultant mixture in the pot again and heat enough to dissolve sugar. Heat enough to drink warm and enjoy.
Good for general health and morals.

Note about the Vegan tooth paste

Some times when I brush my teeth and gums I do not use the Vegan tooth paste recipe on this blog. I just use a tad of peppermint essence to freshen up my mouth and throat. I do not brush as much as I used to. Being Vegan and bio-dynamic  means that you do not develop as much bad bacteria.
Vegan tooth paste does not affect the taste of orange juice.

Salad dressing

Dressing a salad makes it more appetizing. The elements of a dressing should address the five primary taste flavours: sweet, salt, sour, spicy, bitter.

Ingredients:
sugar dissolved in a little water
salt
garlic minced
pepper
chilli in the form of paste or freshly minced
herbs of your choice
mustard
olive or any other flavoured oil as binder and distributor

Enjoy.

Home made Vegan toothpaste

While this recipe is not for eating there is no danger if you accidentally ingest some of the mixture.

Ingredients

Baking powder
Peppermint essence
or
Lemon essence

Method

In a little container with perpendicular sides, mix a small amount of baking powder with a few drops of the essence. Rub the bristles of your toothbrush in to mix the ingredients and this should pick up enough of the mixture for brushing.
Mix a fresh batch each time you brush.

The advantage of this recipe is that it does not contain harsh chemicals which could cause more damage to your teeth and gums than you might expect. This recipe does not contain Flouride which is very toxic. If you need flouride then drinking tea should give you enough for strong teeth and bones. Remember that organic elements are not the same as industrial elements. The form of the material has been altered. Organic flouride from tea and the dosage from drinking tea is not harmful.
You may also drink orange juice after using this toothpaste without fear of the bitter taste.
I have noticed that people who use commercial toothpaste still have decay. Even though the advertisement says that the toothpaste prevents decay.

Welcome and recipe for radish cake

Hello and welcome to Uncle Anhs' Vegan recipes. Simple to make at home and tasty and healthy.

For our first recipe we delve in to the vegan offerings of China. This recipe is adapted from the home chefs of China. It is not served in restaurants because it takes a long time to cook the traditional way. I cook it straight in a wok which is much faster.
It is a savoury rice cake which is then re-fried with condiments.

Ingredients:

fine rice flour which can be sourced at asian grocers
tapioca starch
diakon radish You may like to try substituting carrot and onion or all three
water
vegetable oil

Re-frying condiments:

dark soy
MSG
preserved cabbage
light soy
peanut oil
salt
sugar
spring onion

Implements:

a wok So it is easier to get the cake out
a large mixing bowl

Method:

Peel and soak the radish, carrot and onion.
Put say a loose cup of rice flour and the same amount of tapioca starch in to the mixing bowl.
chop the radish into slightly-larger-than-julienne strips.
Chop onion and carrot into roughly the same shape.
Put vegetables in with the flours in the mixing bowl. Toss around to coat the vegetables with flour.
Add say one liter or more of room temperature water and mix with your hand so you can work the lumps of flour out. You should have a very loose mixture of flour and water with veges in it.
Heat a wok and add vegetable oil. Swill the oil around so the sides of the wok are coated.
Pour all the flour and vege mixture in to the wok and turn the heat down to minimum. Put a lid on and wait for about ten minutes. Take the lid off while being careful of the steam. Test with a knife whether the middle is cooked. If there is no liquid mixture on the knife and the cake is firm then it is cooked.
Let cool overnight or for a few hours.

Slide the cake out of the wok on to a plate or board. Cut it in to squares or rectangles about two inches thick.
Heat the wok and add a little peanut oil to hard fry. Put the cake pieces in to the wok and turn when one side is golden. In a small bowl put salt, sugar, MSG, dark soy and light soy according to your taste. Wash the preserved cabbage and squeeze to remove excess water.
When the cake pieces are golden on both sides add preserved cabbage and sauce and then spring onion. Cook a little longer then serve.
The cake pieces should be a little crunchy and wet with the sauce while soft on the inside.

Enjoy.
