Recipe for Chinese soy soup : Quick and easy method .

Ingredients : 

                     Water

                      Gai Lan cabbage

                       Sui Choy cabbage

                       Lettuce

                       Coriander( seed or fresh herb )

                       Three types of soy sauce of your' choice ; I use Fountain , La Bo De and Maggi

Chose wisely the varieties of soy sauce you enjoy . When you are Vegan remember that you are still vegetarian because most people like milk and mothers' milk . Cheese is a very good invention . Most people like cheese . Some people have a reaction to it . ? Vegan cheese is a viable option but remember chose wisely the variety you eat . I would prefer it to have a nutty , sweet taste and a little honey , but not have too much honey taste .

                       Salt

                       MSG

                        Pickling liquid from a jar of Soy Pickled Cucumbers , Scholar Brand

                        Double Phoenix Cooking Wine

                        Sesame oil

                        Fountain Barbecue sauce

Method :

                      Boil it up for about 5 minutes or until the cabbage is wilted .
